The library is a vital part of our community. Langtree School give a proportion of their budget for children’s books. Langtree School pay for the building, including heating and electricity. Oxford County Council Library Service supply other books, etc. and pay all other running costs, including the salary of our professional librarians. WE WANT TO DO MORE!And with your support, OWL could make it possible. |

WHAT IS OWL? Our Woodcote Library is an association, which raises money to purchase books and other library resources. OWL, formed in 2010, seeks to raise awareness of the multitude of services the library offers our community. OWL also provides members with a way of accessing information regarding the library. OWL aims to demonstrate to Oxford County Council the level of commitment Woodcote has in keeping this vital hub of our community open. We work closely with the library staff and manager who help us decide how to spend OWL’s money. However, as a member of OWL, your ideas are always welcome.
